Group facilitates encouragement, emotional support, and human connection in a safe confidential environment.
Through Group interaction, we are encouraged to talk, provide feedback, and have a personal connection with others.
Group therapy creates self-awareness and reduces feelings of isolation and loneliness.
Group creates a sense of “normalcy” by knowing that you are not alone in your own life struggles.
Group members provide positive reinforcement and words of encouragement as we work together toward our individual personal goals.
Group therapy is often affordable.
Group therapy is an introduction to the understanding of the importance of mental health wellness.
As your Group facilitator, I will promote positive change and emotional well-being.
A Women’s Self-Awareness 10 week Group beginning mid-July is closed for enrollment for 8 individuals wanting to improve self-awareness and create a positive self-esteem.
A New Self Awareness Group will begin mid October 2020.
